Sheen Five Bagatelles Bsn EME

Five Bagatelles for solo bassoon were written on a European tour in 2011 and were completed in the space of only six days. Following my Five Concert Studies, an extensive and challenging work, I decided to write a much more concise set of characteristic miniatures, each lasting little more than a single page but remaining a whole and structured piece. The Bagatelles may be played singly, in groups or complete and in an order chosen by the performer. - G.S.
